Customer Sales & Support Representative
Remote
From time to time, HassleLess Mattress® seeks to employ warm and friendly people to our team. The positions include part-time and full-time work from home customer sales & service representatives. The hours require every other weekend and weekday/evening hours (10-12 hour shifts, 48-160 hours per month).

- Determining clients' individual sleep needs and placing orders.
- Learn product details and answer questions about products.
- Aiding client concerns and helping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
- Quick on-the-job learner with proficient technological and computer skills.
Experience
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
Education Requirement
